You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's own terms of service.

You retain ownership of all content created through our services. By using our tools to publish content to connected platforms, you represent that you have the right to publish such content and that it does not infringe any third party rights.

4. OAuth Authorization

When you authorize our integration with a third party platform, you grant us limited, revocable access as defined by the permissions you approve. You may revoke this access at any time through the connected platform's settings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided as is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error free operation of our integrations or connected services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecrof Media Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any connected third party platform.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. SMS Messaging Terms

Ecrof Media Co offers a text messaging program for customers and prospects who opt in to receive messages. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Ecrof Media Co, including account notifications, appointment and event reminders, workshop updates, and customer care messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
• Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through one of our opt in methods.
• Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance or contact us at info@ecrofmedia.com.
• Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
